In case of incomplete form or wrong information, the form will automatically get canceled and after that refund application will not be accepted again under any circumstances.

We request you to upload the photo clearly, in case of blurry or not clear, refund application form will not be accepted.

By submitting this application you certify that you have agreed to and abide by the terms and conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Rules of Gurucharanam Academy Private limited, Kota (Rajasthan).

Only the student or his/her parent can collect the cheque for refund of the fee after fifteen days of submitting the application for refund. The refund cheque will not be given to friend/relative or any other person.

Any legal matter/dispute related to fee refund is subject to Kota (Rajasthan) jurisdiction only.
