REFUND RULES

Refund Policy for Year-Long Courses

If a student withdraws from a year-long course before its completion for any reason whatsoever, the refund of fees shall be governed strictly as per the following policy:

  1. The student must submit a written application for refund along with valid reasons for withdrawal.
  2. The date of commencement of the batch shall be considered the reference point for calculating the refund eligibility period.
  3. The amount of deduction from the paid fees shall be as follows:

  1. All applicable taxes, registration fees, or admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. Refunds, if approved, shall be processed within 30 working days from the date of submission of a complete refund application.
  3. The Institution reserves the sole discretion to accept or reject any refund request that does not comply with the above policy.
  4. In case of payments made through instalments, educational loans, or third-party financing, no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances. Once such payment arrangements are initiated, the student shall be liable to clear the entire course fee as per the agreed payment terms.

 

Refund Policy for Short-Term Courses:

  • No refund, under any circumstances, shall be applicable or entertained for any short-term course offered by the Institution. This includes, but is not limited to, TEJAS Batch (Fast Track JEE 2026 Crash Course), ARJUNA Batch (Fast Track NEET-UG 2026 Crash Course), Online/Offline Test Series (AITS, RBTS), and any other short-term or crash courses, workshops, or similar programs, whether conducted online or offline.
    All fees paid towards such short-term programs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable against any other course or service offered by the Institution.

General Rules for Fee Refund

  1. Non-Refundability After One Week:
    No fee shall be refunded if a student withdraws from the Institute after one week from the date of class commencement, irrespective of whether such withdrawal is voluntary or due to any other reason whatsoever.
  2. Government Taxes:
    The Service Tax, GST, and Education Cess applicable on the course fee and refund amount are subject to revision as per the notifications and rules issued by the Government of India. Any change in tax rates shall be binding on the student.
  3. No Refund Based on Examination Results:
    No amount of fee shall be refunded if a student fails to qualify or is not selected in IIT-JEE, NEET, AIEEE, NTSE, Olympiads, or any other competitive examinations, irrespective of course completion status.
  4. Procedure for Applying for Fee Refund:
    In case a student wishes to withdraw and apply for a fee refund (within the eligible refund period), he/she must strictly adhere to the following procedure:
  • Collect the Fee Refund Application Form from the Institute’s reception counter.
  • Fill the form completely and accurately.
  • Attach the original fee receipts of all payments made.
  • Attach the original Identity Card issued by the Institute.
  • Submit the duly filled Refund Application Form in person to the Office Coordinator, along with the above-mentioned documents.
  • Only the student or his/her parent may submit the refund application form in person. The Institute will not accept refund applications submitted by friends, relatives, or any unauthorized third party.

Processing Time:
The processing of a refund application generally takes Thirty (30) working days from the date of submission of the complete application with all required documents.

Mode of Refund:

    • The refund shall be made only through an Account Payee Cheque or bank transfer in the name of the student’s father or mother as mentioned in the admission form.
    • Only the student or parent shall be permitted to collect the refund cheque personally from the Institute after the processing period.
    • The refund cheque shall not be handed over to any friend, relative, or unauthorized person under any circumstances.
    • In exceptional cases only, the Institute may dispatch the cheque by registered post or courier to the parent’s residential address as mentioned in the refund application form.

Strict Adherence to Policy:
Students and parents are expected to understand that the fee refund process is strictly governed by the Institute’s policies and that all requests must comply with the above-stated rules.

    • Refund requests submitted after the permissible refund period shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
    • Requests made verbally, through telephone, email, or fax shall not be considered valid and will not be processed.

Jurisdiction:
Any dispute, claim, or legal matter arising out of or related to the fee refund policy shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kota, Rajasthan (India).
