SCHOLARSHIP GRANTH – GURCHARANAM REWARD AND NATIONAL TALENT HUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. PREAMBLE
This Policy (“Policy”) governs the GRANTH – GURCHARANAM Reward and National Talent Hunt Scholarship Examination (“GRANTH” or “Examination”), organized and administered by:
This Scholarship Policy (“Policy”) is issued by GURCHARANAM – Offline/Online Learning Platform (“Institute”).
The Policy governs the terms, conditions, rules, eligibility, and obligations applicable to all applicants (“Student”, “Applicant”, or “Beneficiary”) participating in the Scholarship Program for the Academic Session 2026–27 (“Scholarship Program”).
By applying for or accepting any scholarship award under this Policy, the Applicant agrees to be legally bound by the terms contained herein.
This Policy expressly does not apply to Session 2025–26 or any previous academic year.
1.1. DEFINITIONS
- Institute: GURCHARANAM – Offline/Online Learning Platform.
- Applicant: Any candidate who registers for the GRANTH Scholarship Examination.
- Scholarship: Cash reward given based on merit as per the terms herein.
- Competitive Exam Rank: Rank achieved in recognized national/state competitive examinations.
- Beneficiary: Applicant who qualifies and receives scholarship benefits.
2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
2.1 Eligible Academic Levels
Scholarships are open only to students enrolled in the following classes for Session 2026–27:
- Class 6
- Class 7
- Class 8
- Class 9
- Class 10
- Class 11 (Science Stream)
- Class 12(Science Stream)
- Class 12 (Pass) – Dropper/Reattempt Batch (Science Stream)
2.2 Eligible Competitive Examinations
Scholarship eligibility is restricted strictly to students who secure verified ranks in the following externally conducted competitive examinations:
A. For Classes 6 to 10
- National/International Olympiads (NSO, IMO, IOS, IJSO, NSEC, NSEP, NMTC, etc.)
- NTSE Stage II (where applicable)
- NSTSE
- IOQM Junior
- Any other recognized national-level academic competition
B. For Class 11
- Olympiads/NEET/JEE Foundation Competitive Tests
- Olympiads (Physics/Chemistry/Math/Biology)
- IOQM / INMO / KVPY-style recognized exams
C. For Class 12 & 12th Pass
- NEET-UG (NTA)
- JEE Main (NTA)
- JEE Advanced
- State Engineering/Medical Rank Lists
- National Olympiads & Science Competitions
2.3 Verification Requirement
The Applicant must submit valid, original, and authentic documents, including:
- Official Rank Card / Scorecard
- Admit Card
- Government-issued ID Proof
- School ID (for Class 6–12 applicants)
- Class 12 Marksheet (for 12th Pass/Dropper)
Documents must be issued solely by the recognized examination authority.
Photocopies, edited copies, unofficial screenshots, or unverifiable records shall be rejected.
3. SCHOLARSHIP NATURE & VALIDITY
3.1 Cash Scholarship
The Scholarship will be awarded strictly in the form of cash compensation, disbursed through:
- Bank Transfer
- Cheque
to parent/guardian Only.
No fee waiver, discount, or other form of benefit shall substitute the cash reward unless explicitly notified.
3.2 Applicable Session
This Scholarship Policy applies exclusively to the academic session 2026–27.
Scholarships shall not be transferred, postponed, or backdated to:
- Session 2025–26
- Any prior academic session
- Any future academic session
3.3 One-Scholarship Rule
Each Applicant may receive only one scholarship, i.e., the eligible award.
Multiple categories of scholarships shall not be combined.
4. RULES & REGULATIONS
4.1 Application Procedure
Applicants must:
- Submit a completed scholarship application form (online/offline).
- Upload/submit all required documents within the prescribed timeline.
- Appear for any verification, interview, or orientation if required.
- Await approval or rejection after document verification.
4.2 Verification & Authenticity
The Institute reserves the right to:
- Verify documents independently
- Contact examination authorities
- Reject suspicious or unverifiable records
- Demand additional proof
The Institute’s verification decision shall be final and binding.
4.3 Misconduct & False Information
If an Applicant:
- Submits false, forged, tampered, altered, or fake documents
- Provides misleading information
- Engages in malpractice, misconduct, or unethical behavior
The Scholarship shall be immediately cancelled, and the Applicant may be permanently barred from all future programs.
The Institute may also initiate legal action as per applicable laws.
4.4 Conduct Requirements
Beneficiaries must:
- Maintain decorum and discipline
- Comply with academic rules
- Abide by all policies of the Institute
Scholarship may be withdrawn for violation of conduct.
5. DISQUALIFICATION CONDITIONS
An applicant shall be disqualified if:
- Rank proof is invalid, unverifiable, or from an unrecognized exam
- Examination rank belongs to Session 2025–26 or earlier
- Application is incomplete or submitted after deadlines
- Applicant does not meet eligibility conditions
- Applicant provides inconsistent or conflicting information
6. PUBLICITY & MEDIA CONSENT
By accepting the scholarship, the Applicant (or parent/guardian, in case of minor) grants the Institute exclusive rights to use:
- Name
- Photograph
- Video footage
- Exam ranks
- Testimonials
for marketing, promotional, and academic purposes.
7. NO LEGAL CLAIM / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 No Guaranteed Benefit
The Scholarship Program is a goodwill initiative and not a contractual, statutory, or legal entitlement.
The Institute reserves absolute discretion to:
- Modify
- Amend
- Suspend
- Terminate
the Scholarship Program at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
The Institute shall not be liable for:
- Delays in fund disbursement
- Errors in third-party exam data
- Miscommunication by exam authorities
- Banking delays
- System or technical issues
Under no circumstances shall the Institute be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
All applicant data will be collected, stored, and processed solely for:
- Verification
- Scholarship approval
- Administrative requirements
Data will be handled as per applicable data protection and privacy laws.
9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kota, Rajasthan.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Submission of the scholarship application signifies that the Applicant has:
- Read the Policy
- Understood the conditions
- Agreed to be legally bound by all terms, rules, and regulations
No applicant may claim ignorance of the contents of this Policy.
