PAYMENT TERMS

These Payment Terms (“Payment Terms”) govern all payments made by students, parents, guardians, users, or any other person (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) towards courses, programs, subscriptions, study materials, test series, digital content, classroom coaching, online coaching, hybrid learning programs, services, products, or any other offerings (“Services”) provided by GURCHARANAM EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “GURCHARANAM”, “GURUCHARANAM”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

These Payment Terms shall be read in conjunction with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and all other policies published on the Company’s website and platform. By accessing the Platform, enrolling in any course, or making any payment, You agree to be legally bound by these Payment Terms.

QR Codes
UPI Applications
Third-Party Payment Gateways
Offline Payments
Bank Transfers
Classroom Enrollment
Franchise Centers
Authorized Representatives

These Payment Terms apply to all online, offline, and hybrid educational programs offered by GURCHARANAM EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By making payment through the Platform, You acknowledge and agree that:

All payments shall be made solely to GURCHARANAM EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED.
You are legally authorized to use the selected payment method.
You possess sufficient funds, balance, or credit limit to complete the transaction.
The information provided during payment is accurate, complete, and current.
The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of applicable laws.

3. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT GATEWAYS

The Company may use third-party payment gateway providers, banks, financial institutions, and payment aggregators for processing payments.

By proceeding with payment, You may be redirected to a third-party payment gateway website or application. Such third-party platforms are independently operated and are not owned, managed, or controlled by GURCHARANAM EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED.

The Company does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for:

Any services offered by third-party payment providers;
Any delay, failure, interruption, or error in payment processing;
Security breaches occurring on third-party systems;
Unauthorized transactions;
Technical failures;
Bank server downtime;
Transaction processing delays;
Payment gateway malfunction;
Data theft, cyber-attacks, or hacking incidents beyond the Company’s control.

Your use of third-party payment services shall also be governed by the terms, privacy policies, and conditions of such third-party providers.

4. ACCEPTED MODES OF PAYMENT

The Company may accept payments through various modes including but not limited to:

Credit Cards
Debit Cards
Net Banking
UPI
Wallet Payments
EMI Options
Bank Transfers
QR Code Payments
Demand Drafts
Cash Payments (where permitted)
Third-Party Financing Services

The availability of payment methods may vary depending on geographical location, device, banking partner, or course type.

5. TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION

Upon successful completion of payment:

A payment confirmation message and/or receipt shall be generated.
The receipt may be sent to Your registered email address and/or mobile number.
The transaction shall be deemed final and binding upon successful confirmation from the payment gateway and credit of funds into the Company’s designated account.

It is Your responsibility to verify all transaction details before final submission.

The Company shall not be liable for incorrect payments resulting from:

Incorrect data entry;
Wrong course selection;
Incorrect mobile number or email address;
Incorrect UPI ID or bank account information;
Mistaken transactions initiated by the User.

6. PAYMENT FAILURE

The Company shall not be liable for any payment failure caused by:

Insufficient funds;
Card decline;
Expired cards;
Bank server issues;
UPI downtime;
Network interruption;
Technical malfunction;
Internet connectivity failure;
Device malfunction;
Payment gateway downtime;
Regulatory restrictions;
Any circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

In case payment is deducted but enrollment is not confirmed, the User must contact the respective payment provider or bank first. The Company shall provide reasonable assistance after verification.

7. NO LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, GURCHARANAM EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, including its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, agents, representatives, and associates, shall not be liable for:

Unauthorized payment transactions;
Loss arising from stolen banking credentials;
Cyber fraud;
Technical server failure;
Delayed payment confirmation;
Banking disputes;
Chargeback disputes;
Third-party payment gateway failures;
Interruption in online services;
Errors caused by third-party software or systems;
Financial loss resulting from payment delays;
Loss of data or information;
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

8. REFUND & CANCELLATION

Refunds, if applicable, shall strictly be governed by the Company’s Refund Policy available on the Platform.

Unless otherwise specifically stated:

Course fees are non-refundable.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Admission processing charges are non-refundable.
Taxes and gateway charges are non-refundable.
Partial course usage may disqualify refund eligibility.

The Company reserves the absolute right to approve or reject refund requests based on internal review and applicable policies.

9. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTED TRANSACTIONS

The User agrees not to initiate unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting the Company.

In the event of:

Fraudulent chargebacks;
False payment disputes;
Unauthorized reversal requests;

the Company reserves the right to:

Suspend access to Services;
Recover dues through legal remedies;
Initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings where applicable.

The User shall remain liable for all outstanding dues, penalties, recovery expenses, and legal costs.

10. TAXES

All payments made towards Services shall be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes as prescribed under Indian law, including GST and other statutory levies.

The User agrees to pay all applicable taxes, duties, cess, or charges imposed by governmental authorities.

11. COURSE ACCESS SUBJECT TO PAYMENT

Access to classes, study materials, online content, examinations, mentorship, test series, and related Services shall remain subject to successful realization of payment.

The Company reserves the right to:

Suspend course access;
Restrict login credentials;
Block examination participation;
Withhold certificates or reports;

in case of pending dues or payment disputes.

12. FRAUD PREVENTION

The Company reserves the right to:

Verify User identity;
Seek additional documentation;
Conduct fraud prevention checks;
Suspend suspicious transactions;
Report fraudulent activity to authorities.

Any fraudulent activity may result in immediate termination of Services and legal action.

13. MODIFICATION OF PAYMENT TERMS

GURCHARANAM EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or revise these Payment Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated Payment Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform or Services after such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised Payment Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Payment Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Payment Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kota, Rajasthan, India.

DECLARATION

By accessing the Platform, enrolling in any program, or making payment towards any Services offered by GURCHARANAM EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, you acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment Terms in their entirety.
